You're invited: How to Use Occupancy Intelligence to Right-Size your Office Space Webinar.

As we get into 2025 planning, organizations are navigating challenges to optimize their office portfolios for efficiency, cost savings, and employee satisfaction. Join us for a webinar on January 14th at 11AM ET where we explore how the latest trends, data-driven frameworks, and occupancy intelligence can guide your office space decisions for the year ahead.

VergeSense Expands Integration with Microsoft Places to Include Seamless Floor Plan Conversion

We’re excited to deepen our collaboration with Microsoft Places and unveil a powerful new capability: customers can now seamlessly use their VergeSense floor plans within Microsoft Places. This new feature enables users to better visualize, plan, and optimize their office environments to create spaces that align with employee preferences and organizational goals, leveraging up-to-date floor plans from VergeSense and the AI-powered connected workplace abilities of Microsoft Places.

Support for Aruba Networks WiFi Data

VergeSense supports the ingestion and analysis of data based on existing WiFi infrastructure to enhance portfolio optimization and neighborhood planning decisions. We are pleased to share that we now support the ingestion of Aruba Networks WiFi data, in addition to Cisco Spaces and Cisco Meraki infrastructure. By analyzing your WiFi data with the Occupancy Intelligence Platform, you can unlock insights about space utilization and movement trends using your existing infrastructure. Automatically ingest WiFi data from your network provider to understand people count at the building, floor, and neighborhood levels to make more informed portfolio evaluation and neighborhood planning decisions.

Exclude Space Types from Shortage Events

Admins will be able to exclude Space Types (such as Break Rooms, Cafes, or other Amenity spaces) from the Space Usage Timeline and Shortage Event calculations, improving the value of our Shortages Insight.

Square Feet, Capacity, and Spaces for Floors

You can now view your floor size directly in Portfolio and Building Settings, giving you a clear view of how much space each floor encompasses. This helps you better manage and analyze your spaces. Floor size is based on information provided in the mapping process, and includes the total floor square feet, not just the areas of the floor covered by VergeSense sensors.
